SGCC hot dipped Color Coated Steel Coil are mainly used in building, transport, home appliances, solar energy, furniture. Color coated steel coil especially in home appliances. SGCC steel coil are mainly used as the air conditioners, freezers. Using hot dipped steel coil or galvalume coil as the substrate, color coated coil is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then coating for one or more layers, and funally baking and cooling.
PPGI is a product made of cold-rolled steel coil and (aluminum) Galvanized Steel Coil after surface chemical treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. This product is produced by the manufacturer in coils on the continuous production line, so it is also called Prepainted Steel Coil. It not only has the properties of high mechanical strength and easy forming of steel materials, but also has good decoration and corrosion resistance of coating materials. Zinc coated steel substrate for PPGI is typically produced on a continuous galvanizing line (CGL). The CGL may include a painting section after the hot dip galvanising section, or more commonly the metallic coated substrate in coil form is processed on a separate continuous paint line (CPL). Metallic coated steel is cleaned, pre-treated, applied with various layers of organic coatings which can be paints, vinyl dispersions, or laminates. The continuous process used to apply these coatings is often referred to as Coil Coating.The coil coating process may be used for other substrates such as aluminium, stainless steel or alloy coated steel other than "pure" zinc coated steel. However, only "pure" zinc coated steel is typically referred to as PPGI. For example, PPGL may be used for pre-painted 55%Al/Zn alloy-coated steel (pre-painted GALVALUME(r) Galvalume Steel Coil).

Q: Payment term and Lead time
A: Payment term is depending on target market condition, order amount, shipment schedule.., or 30% T/T in advance, balance will be paid against BL copy or LC at sight.
B: Delivery time: for most of pipe,plate, coil.. the lead time is at around7- 15days. For larger order plate, it is subject to the steel plant production order, but. Base on our larger purchasing oder from steel mill, we can assure our customer the delivery date is soon.
